Nearly half of Canadian workers say they exaggerate AI use as training lags, survey shows
Nearly half of Canadian workers say they exaggerate how much they use artificial intelligence or how skilled they are, a survey showed. HR data analytics firm Visier found 48% said they inflate their AI use or expertise. Respondents said AI has changed their roles, but many felt employers were not keeping pace with training and support. Some reported pressure to use AI. The survey also found many firms lacked clear AI plans and that job-loss worries were rising.
