Fortinet adds AI security to FortiGate firewalls with real-time prompt checks
Fortinet has expanded AI security features for its FortiGate firewalls, launching the FortiGuard Inline AI Security Service and strengthening its FortiAIgate AI gateway. The service is delivered through the Fortinet Cloud, allowing existing customers to inspect prompts in real time without building an additional AI security stack. New capabilities include inspecting interaction content, masking sensitive information in transit, checking multiple content types, and blocking 35 categories of personal and confidential data.
