Coocon opens AI MCP product hall, releases 30 financial data products

Coocon has launched MCP-based products that allow AI agents to directly query and use external data. The company opened an \"AI MCP dedicated product hall\" on its data platform, Coocon닷net, and released 30 MCP products. MCP is a communication standard that standardises connections between AI agents and external data and systems. Coocon said it plans to expand the lineup to 100 MCP products within the year and provide all products on an MCP basis by 2027.

Cursor acquires open source coding assistant Continue

AI coding tool Cursor has acquired the open source coding assistant Continue. TheNewsStack reported on June 22 that the deal was signed alongside the timing of SpaceX\'s acquisition of Cursor for $60 billion, meaning Continue also moved under SpaceX. The terms were not disclosed. Existing Continue users can export data until July 15, after which it will be deleted. Continue is a Y Combinator alum and was offered as a VS Code extension, JetBrains plugin and CLI.

Snowflake updates CoCo coding agent to boost autonomous execution

Snowflake said on Monday it unveiled new features for its CoCo coding agent and introduced Datastream, a fully managed streaming service based on Apache Kafka, at its Snowflake Summit 26 event. The company launched CoCo Desktop, a mobile app and a Slackbot, and added extensions and plugins including for VS Code and Microsoft Excel. It also strengthened CoCo’s autonomous execution and automation with access controls and audit trails.
