Cloud security startup Upwind raises $250 million
Cloud security startup Upwind Security Inc has raised $250 million in a Series B funding round, SiliconANGLE reported on Jan. 27 local time. The round was led by Bessemer, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and Picture Capital. Upwind said revenue increased more than 900 percent from a year earlier but did not disclose specific figures. The company offers a cloud security platform using eBPF technology to detect malicious activity and identify vulnerabilities.
