LG Electronics sets up laundry experience space aimed at U.S. college campuses
LG Electronics said on Jan. 22 it opened an “LG Laundry Lounge” at a dormitory at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. The space has 16 commercial washing machines and 24 dryers, along with LG OLED TVs, monitors and air purifiers. The company said it donated products and facilities to contribute to the local community. It also highlighted a dedicated app and its push into the North American commercial laundry market.
