Cafe24 adds AI report to analytics, supports five analysis perspectives
Cafe24 on Oct. 27 introduced an AI-based reporting feature called AI Report to its data analysis service Cafe24 Analytics. The company said the tool compiles key performance and changes from self-operated online store data, along with diagnosis, improvement directions and expected effects in a single report. Users can generate period or custom reports and view results from five perspectives. Reports provide performance summaries and insights, with charts and tables and links to admin settings.
