XPeng ranks No.1 in customer satisfaction survey in German-speaking Europe for second straight year
Chinese electric vehicle maker XPeng ranked first for a second straight year in a customer satisfaction survey of EV owners in German-speaking Europe, beating Tesla. In a 2026 survey by German market researcher USCALE, 82% of XPeng owners said they would recommend the brand, versus 79% for Tesla. The study covered 4,004 battery-electric drivers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with cars under 3 years old.
