GS ITM to spin off SaaS unit GS Bizple
GS ITM said on Wednesday it will pursue a spin-off of its software-as-a-service and platform business subsidiary, GS Bizple. The company described the move as a governance restructuring aimed at strengthening expertise in each business unit and building an independent growth base. The split-off is scheduled for Dec. 1. After the split, GS Bizple plans to focus on fundraising and upgrading its core solutions, while GS ITM will strengthen competitiveness and service quality across its main IT services businesses.
