Publisher Insight has released a new book, \'Architecture Evolves,\' which explains IT system structures as an evolutionary process rather than a list of individual technologies. The book describes how systems differentiate into databases, middleware and application layers, then reconnect to form corporate information flows. In its final stage, it says cloud and AI expand systems into a new dimension. Author Sang-hwi Kong (공상휘) based the book on lectures he has repeated in training new hires.

NHN Cloud said on May 20 it will provide database management system specialist TmaxTibero’s high-availability database clustering solution, Tibero Active Cluster (TAC), in a cloud environment. TAC is based on active-active clustering that runs multiple servers simultaneously to process the same tasks and ensure data safety and service continuity in the event of failures. NHN Cloud said it has optimized TAC components for its environment and will support high-availability operations for private and public sector users.
