Meta\'s AX shows the present and future of work in the AI era
Meta is moving to track what employees do on their computers, including typing, mouse movements and what they click and view, to gather data to train its AI models. Meta staff have pushed back, according to a New York Times report, while CTO Andrew Bosworth said there would be no exceptions. The move comes as Meta accelerates AI adoption across the company, links AI use to evaluations and plans a 10 percent workforce cut to offset costs.
