Sovereign AI is about controlling the tech stack, not the model, Palantir executives say

Palantir executives said sovereign AI is not about which model is used but who controls decisions across the entire technology stack. They said customers must have choice over data, computing, deployment location, models and business processes, and stressed Palantir does not control customer data. They described Palantir’s ontology as a digital twin that includes business logic, actions, approvals and security to enable AI in core operations.

Rableup eyes global market ahead of IPO, targets 57.9 billion won revenue in 2029

AI infrastructure software company Rableup plans to target global markets with integrated operations technology for heterogeneous AI accelerators and more than 10 years of experience. It aims to expand investment in next-generation AI semiconductor compatibility and overseas business after a KOSDAQ listing. Its flagship Backend.AI supports end-to-end AI infrastructure operations. Rableup reported 6.72 billion won revenue and 679 million won operating profit last year and set a 57.9 billion won revenue target for 2029.

Sendbird, Upstage partner to expand K-LLM-based AI agents

Sendbird said on Oct. 19 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Upstage to apply a South Korean large language model to corporate workplaces and expand commercialization of AI agents. The companies will link Sendbird’s enterprise AI agent platform with Upstage’s Solar model, apply it to real business tasks and enhance their products based on verification results. They also plan to seek joint business opportunities in sovereign AI based on demand from firms considering domestic LLMs.
