JobKorea says users of SmartPick performance-based hiring solution up 72 percent
JobKorea said on Wednesday the number of companies using its performance-based hiring solution SmartPick rose 72.2 percent from three months earlier as of end-April. Over the same period, the number of job postings on the service increased 95.3 percent, it said. The company said click-through rates rose 18.5 percent and application conversion rates increased 9.5 percent. It also said adoption is expanding regardless of company size.
