Seagate begins shipping 32TB storage drives targeting AI
Seagate Technology participated in Intersec 2026, a Middle East IT exhibition, and introduced storage solutions it said support intelligence that enables searchable AI-based video analysis for use in decision-making. Seagate has started shipping 32-terabyte hard drives to global distribution channels and retail partners across its Exos, SkyHawk AI and IronWolf Pro product families. The portfolio spans edge to cloud. Seagate cited IDC data indicating over 75 percent of organisations expect video data to at least double within five years.
