Physical AI chip startup SimaAI raises $150 million at $1.45 billion valuation
Physical AI chip startup SimaAI raised $150 million at a valuation of $1.45 billion, SiliconANGLE reported on Sept. 28. The company plans to use the funds to expand its development environment and develop a next-generation embedded AI compute platform. The Series C round was co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Co and Amplify, with participation from existing and new investors. SimaAI is developing semiconductors and software for physical AI hardware.
