Anthropic base pay for some staff tops $1 million, filing shows
Anthropic pays some employees base salaries of more than $1 million, according to U.S. H-1B visa sponsorship disclosures. The filings show base pay for some roles reached as high as $1.38 million, with “technical staff” among the highest-paid job categories. The figures appear to reflect cash base pay only and exclude bonuses and stock awards. Anthropic received about 80 H-1B job certifications in the first half of fiscal 2026.
