Shinsung Eng secures ultra-low humidity technology for all-solid-state batteries
Shinsung Eng said on Jan. 29 it completed an ultra-low humidity super dry room technology for mass production of all-solid-state batteries. It said the design and operating technology can achieve dew points below minus 70 degrees Celsius and can be extended to a minus 80-grade environment depending on process characteristics. The company said AI predicts and optimises operating conditions to cut energy consumption by up to 20 percent and said it has improved dry booth dehumidification and integrated production-line air-conditioning technologies.
