Shinhan Bank launches next-generation foreign exchange platform Shinhan eFX
Shinhan Bank said on Tuesday it has newly launched Shinhan eFX, a web-based, non-face-to-face foreign exchange trading platform for corporate clients. The bank said the overhaul turns eFX from an add-on within corporate internet banking into a standalone platform. Shinhan eFX supports real-time exchange rates and FX transactions including TOD settlement, spot and forward deals, MAR and FX swaps. It also introduces netting settlement and forward maturity management.
