South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Industrial Technology Association selected LG Energy Solution executive Yoon Seong-su and Sewha ES CEO Park Young-gu as winners of the January Korea Engineer Award. The monthly prize recognizes engineers who contribute to industrial technology innovation, awarding a deputy prime minister\'s prize and 5 million won. Yoon was recognized for dry electrode manufacturing technology for LFP batteries and ESS competitiveness. Park was honored for eco-friendly lithium compound production using industrial byproducts and waste.
