India\'s BPL Medical completes acquisition of South Korea\'s YozmaBMTech
India’s BPL Medical Technologies said on Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of South Korean medical device maker YozmaBMTech. The transaction was an M&A deal carried out before approval during rehabilitation proceedings, with BPL taking a new-share investment stake to secure management control. YozmaBMTech entered rehabilitation in August 2024 and completed staged procedures before a Seoul court decision on Dec. 29, 2025 confirmed the acquisition.

Court ends Interpark Commerce rehabilitation procedure
A Seoul court has terminated Interpark Commerce’s rehabilitation proceedings, ruling that its liquidation value is higher than its value as a going concern. The firm failed to submit a rehabilitation plan by the court deadline. Interpark Commerce, which has been under court management without a buyer alongside Wemakeprice, could face a bankruptcy review once the decision becomes final. Wemakeprice was declared bankrupt last month after a large unpaid settlement incident, while Tmon ended its rehabilitation after a sale to Oasis.
