Woori Investment Securities said on Dec. 31 it has pursued social contribution activities this year so that corporate social responsibility can take root in its corporate culture. In September it introduced a welfare programme providing massage services by severely visually impaired therapists. In November it held a donation running campaign marking Child Abuse Prevention Day, with all participation fees donated to Dongbang Social Welfare Association. In December it held a mini-tree class with a hearing-impaired florist, donating all production costs to a municipal welfare centre.
