Tiger Research to cooperate with Finloop on RWA research in South Korea and Hong Kong
Tiger Research, a Web3-focused research firm, said on July 7 it has signed a cooperation agreement with Hong Kong real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation fintech company Finloop. The two plan to publish joint RWA research, produce and distribute market education content, and develop feasibility assessments and execution plans for RWA asset issuance, tokenisation and distribution. They will also explore use cases and application models for RWA products.

Parameta to offer free consulting on stablecoins and STOs
Web3 enabler Parameta said on Feb. 23 it will run a free one-on-one consulting program for companies preparing stablecoin and security token offering (STO) businesses. The company said it designed the program to help firms build more stable digital asset business structures. The consulting will cover business planning and infrastructure strategy, including proposals on business models, digital asset structures, wallet and operating infrastructure, and expansion roadmaps.

ITCEN Global secures basis to issue gold token securities as STO framework is formalised
ITCEN Global said on Jan. 19 it will accelerate its security token offering business based on real-world assets after an STO bill passed the National Assembly plenary session on Jan. 15. The bill brings distributed-ledger-based securities issuance into the institutional framework and allows securities firms to trade investment contract securities that had faced limited distribution. ITCEN Global plans a gold-based STO and aims to expand into other high-value assets.
