Baemin unveils AI results at Woowacon, predicts orders that have not happened
Woowa Brothers, the operator of food delivery app Baedal Minjok (Baemin), presented its vision for a customer-focused “Seamless City” at its Woowacon 2026 tech conference in Seoul on Oct. 28. Executives outlined AI and machine learning upgrades that cut cooking-time errors and improved delivery-time accuracy. The company also described using AI agents for personalization, forecasting rider demand before rain, and deploying robots for some B마트 deliveries.
