Toss Bank relieves 2,466 customers under safety compensation scheme in 2025
Toss Bank is strengthening its responsibility for financial incidents and establishing a compensation framework for customer protection. The bank said it paid 1.902 billion won to 2,466 customers in 2025 under its safety compensation scheme, the first of its kind in the banking sector. Since its introduction in November 2021, the scheme has helped 8,845 people and paid 6.1 billion won in total.
