‘Claude killed my startup’, a founder’s confession
A social media post by Ira Bodnar (이라 보드나르), founder of ad-management automation startup Ryze AI, is drawing attention after he titled it that Anthropic’s Claude killed his startup. He wrote that Ryze AI’s deal close rate fell from 70 percent to 20 percent after Claude and Manus, acquired by Meta, launched a Meta ads connector. Bodnar said he is pivoting toward complex workflows for large ad agencies and selling an AI-based ad agency service to small businesses.
