The Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) said on Monday it has launched a \"ransomware lifecycle response task force\" to respond systematically to increasingly sophisticated ransomware attacks. The move follows the creation of a ransomware response team through a previous organisational reshuffle. The task force brings together experts in areas including analysis, investigation, cryptography, artificial intelligence, detection and forensics. It plans to identify key tasks for each response stage over the next 6 months and build an integrated response system.
