Uber sells entire stake in Serve Robotics
Uber has sold its entire stake in autonomous delivery robot company Serve Robotics, according to a regulatory filing. Serve learned of the sale only after the disclosure, TechCrunch reported. The filing shows Uber has been reducing its Serve holdings since 2025 and has now sold the rest. The two companies have recently shown differences in business direction, and Serve cited a slowdown in Uber-sourced delivery volumes in the second quarter.
