Cisco unveils agentic security tools targeting autonomous AI systems
Cisco Systems’ research and engineering group, Cisco Foundation AI, has unveiled new agentic security tools aimed at protecting autonomous AI systems, SiliconANGLE reported. Cisco said the tools reflect growing use of more autonomous, interconnected AI across business operations and that traditional security approaches struggle as AI environments span cloud, internal systems and external data sources. The lineup includes a security reasoning model, adaptive AI search and an open-source threat-hunting assistant.
