Hecto Group builds healthy organisation through workplace culture philosophy
Hecto Group is strengthening its workplace culture by continuously improving employee benefits through what it calls “evolving welfare,” reflecting staff feedback in operations. The company is applying the approach to its in-house cafeteria, Chaeum, which provides free breakfast, lunch and dinner and has expanded menus and services based on feedback. It is also running special meal programmes and updating its ramen corner. The company is reinforcing health and communication programmes such as team walks and inter-department activities.
