LG Chem CEO Kim Dong-choon says company will change to withstand crises
LG Chem will introduce an companywide AI transformation and adopt OKR goal management, CEO Kim Dong-choon said in a New Year address on Monday. He pointed to changes driven by AI in semiconductor, robot and autonomous driving markets, an oversupply structure and geopolitical uncertainty. LG Chem will reshape its business portfolio with a 10- to 20-year competitiveness view and concentrate resources on core advantage technologies and key new businesses.
