Stablecoin payment models take shape from FX to remittances

Moves by South Korean companies to integrate stablecoins into payment services are accelerating as industry plans become more concrete. Hecto Financial is working with Singapore-based stablecoin payments firm TripleA to build a global payment and settlement service, and has joined Circle’s Circle Payments Network. OK Savings Bank launches OK Living Expense Account, Early Bird Savings

OK Savings Bank, an affiliate of OK Financial Group, launched the OK Living Expense Account and OK Early Bird Savings for new customers, it said on Monday. The demand deposit account pays interest even after one day and offers preferential rates for automatic bill payments. The savings product is linked to the bank’s mobile app and adds preferential rates for marketing consent and early-morning login missions, applying up to a 26 percent rate.
