Noly Universe staff use AI to cut repetitive tasks, 97 AX projects applied
Noly Universe employees are using AI to reduce repetitive work such as converting concert seating charts and consolidating event information, the company says. It has applied 97 AX transition projects to day-to-day operations and estimates monthly time savings of about 3,600 hours. Team leader Joo-bong Yoo presented internal AX cases at DigitalToday’s Digital Insight 2026 conference in Seoul, citing tools built by staff and processes to share and reuse them.
