Hyperscale Data sells 100 bitcoin to fund AI data center speed push

Bitcoin mining company Hyperscale Data sold about 100 bitcoin and secured bitcoin-backed credit to raise funds for building an AI data center campus in Michigan. The company plans to use the proceeds for construction, core infrastructure and long-lead equipment. It said the credit facility would provide additional funding at a floating rate of about 4.5 to 5.0 percent. It also cited a 10-year master services deal tied to initial 20 MW capacity, with expansion and extension options.
