Ugo Mini robot for AI data centre inspections uses 186-cm camera pole to cut blind spots

A compact inspection robot, the Ugo Mini, has been unveiled to address labour shortages in data centre facility checks. The robot features a small body and an adjustable camera pole that extends up to 186 cm, allowing inspections from floor-level piping to near-ceiling instruments. It navigates autonomously using 3D lidar, records equipment with a 4K camera and converts gauge readings into data via external AI, producing reports automatically. Deployment cases were also presented.
