NH NongHyup Bank succeeds in PoC for STO subscriptions using won stablecoin
NH NongHyup Bank said on Tuesday it completed a proof of concept with Aton and MusicCow for a stablecoin-based subscription and distribution process for tokenised securities. The PoC tested a scenario in which overseas fans subscribe to and invest in K-pop copyright STOs using a won-based stablecoin. The bank said the structure aims to minimise foreign-exchange risk and enable real-time, transparent processing from subscription through settlement.
