Nanoclo developer raises $12 million after rejecting $20 million acquisition offer
Nanoclo developer Nanoco raised $12 million in a seed round, TechCrunch reported on Tuesday. The company had received an acquisition offer of about $20 million after launching the project, but rejected it and chose to remain independent. The round was led by Valley Capital Partners, with participation from Docker, Vercel, Monday.com, Slow Ventures, Hugging Face CEO Clem Delangue and others.

Microsoft 365, loaded with agents, aims to overhaul business app experience
Microsoft on Wednesday put forward “frontier transformation” as a theme at its AI Tour Seoul event, pitching Copilot and agents as technologies to make it real. The company recently unveiled Microsoft 365 Copilot Wave 3, shifting AI from a chat partner to an agent embedded in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook that can execute tasks. It also introduced Copilot Cowork, an IQ intelligence layer for agentic AI, and Agent 365 for enterprise management.

Monday.com shares plunge 19 percent on below-expectations revenue forecast
Shares of collaboration software company Monday.com fell 19 percent as concerns grew that AI is shaking software business models after the company issued a weaker-than-expected outlook, CNBC reported. The Israel-based project management platform posted fourth-quarter revenue of $333.9 million, up 25 percent from a year earlier. It forecast first-quarter revenue of $338 million to $340 million and full-year revenue of $1.452 billion to $1.462 billion, both below market expectations.
