Navra raises $19 million Series A to bring traditional finance capital to blockchain
Navra, a fintech led by Mike Cagney, a co-founder of Figure and SoFi, raised $19 million in a Series A funding round. The company said Ribbit led the investment. Navra said its app lets individual and institutional investors access multiple blockchain exchanges, yield products and payment networks. It also offers self-custody without managing complex crypto keys and provides AI agents and enterprise controls.

Figure to buy AI-based real estate loan platform Kiavi for $717 million
Nasdaq-listed fintech company Figure Technology Solutions will acquire AI-based residential real estate loan platform Kiavi for $717 million. Figure will buy Kiavi’s technology and operating platform. It will also form a joint venture with investment firm Sixth Street and separately purchase Kiavi loan notes. Figure offers a home equity line of credit, a credit card-like product with a set limit that can be borrowed and repaid repeatedly, with limits rising as home values increase.

Figure launches $150 million tokenised stock
Figure Technology has unveiled blockchain-based tokenised stock FGRD, The Block reported on Feb. 19. The shares will be issued on Figure\'s Open Public Equity Network and traded directly on blockchain without traditional financial intermediaries. Investors can access the stock via the Figure Markets app and a self-custody wallet, and can lend and borrow using Figure\'s decentralised finance protocol.
