DSRV to supply staking infrastructure to Japan\'s SBI VC Trade
Blockchain infrastructure technology company DSRV will supply staking infrastructure to SBI VC Trade, a digital asset exchange under Japan\'s SBI Group. DSRV said on Tuesday it signed a staking infrastructure supply contract with SBI VC Trade. Under the deal, DSRV will participate as a service provider supporting the operation of SBI VC Trade\'s staking service. SBI VC Trade is registered with Japan\'s Financial Services Agency and provides trading and custody services.

Strive buys 759 more bitcoin, taking holdings to 19,864 BTC
Asset manager Strive bought an additional 759 bitcoin for $50 million, taking its total holdings to 19,864 BTC. The company bought the coins from June 15 to 21 at an average of $65,850 each, as confirmed in a Form 8-K disclosed on June 22. Strive funds purchases through perpetual preferred shares called SATA, which pay daily dividends at an annual rate of about 13 percent.

Japan corporate pension fund pushes to allocate 1 percent to cryptocurrencies
A Japan-wide business corporate pension fund based in Okayama plans to allocate about 1 percent of its assets to cryptocurrencies in fiscal 2026. It intends to invest in a passive fund run by a large hedge fund that holds multiple cryptocurrencies as part of a currency diversification strategy. The fund serves about 1,200 small and medium-sized companies and manages about 21.3 billion yen. Japan has also moved forward with legislation and product development linked to digital assets.
