MetaDX develops VitalVET solution to predict anesthesia risk
MetaDX, a pet medical AI solutions company, has developed VitalVET, an AI tool that predicts anesthesia risk for pets. The company says the solution analyses blood tests, electrolytes and basic clinical information to forecast pre-anesthesia risk in five levels based on the ASA Grade system. MetaDX says VitalVET is being prepared for verification and commercialisation in animal hospital settings. Chief executive Jinwook Kim said it is designed to protect veterinarians’ judgement rather than replace it.
