Lotte to pay partner firms 10.7 trillion won early ahead of Lunar New Year
Lotte will bring forward supply payments worth 10.7 trillion won to about 13,000 partner firms ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, it said on Jan. 27. A total of 27 affiliates including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Engineering & Construction, Lotte Home Shopping and Lotte Innovate will participate. Lotte said it has made early payments to more than 10,000 partner firms each year since 2013 and also runs support programs including a 1 trillion won fund.
