OpenAI releases tool to measure ChatGPT\'s impact on learning ability
OpenAI has released a framework to measure the impact of ChatGPT use on long-term learning ability, Axios reported on March 4. Axios said concerns that AI chatbots may weaken human thinking have existed for some time, but there is still no research tracking AI’s long-term effects. OpenAI’s Learning Outcomes Measurement Suite tracks effects on learners’ persistence, motivation and creative problem-solving, and monitors model behaviour, interaction patterns and cognitive changes over time.
