SK Broadband strengthens response to subsea cable faults with LS Marine Solution MOU
SK Broadband said on Tuesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with LS Marine Solution to strengthen the stability of subsea cables. The agreement targets stable operation of SJC2, which connects Asian regions including South Korea, Japan and Singapore, and faster recovery when faults occur. The companies will keep emergency fleets and equipment on standby and standardise technical data and recovery strategies. They will focus on managing shallow coastal sections off Busan.
