Kakao Impact Foundation releases AX guide for social innovation organisations
Kakao Impact Foundation has released an AI transformation (AX) guide for nonprofit and social innovation organisations, based on its own experience and field applications. It said it presented AI use cases at the 3rd Korea Social Value Festa held at Seoul’s COEX on Sept. 21-22. The foundation said the share of staff reporting AI-driven process improvements rose from 29 percent in April to 65 percent by late August, with 107 minutes saved per day on average.

SK Telecom to join Korea Social Value Festa with \'Do the Good AI\' display
SK Telecom will take part in the third Korea Social Value Festa on Sept. 21-22 and display technologies and services based on its sustainability management vision, Do the Good AI. At the event at Seoul\'s COEX, it will introduce 11 AI technologies and examples of creating social value under the theme of a sustainable future through better connections. The 72 sq m booth uses eco-friendly materials such as recycled plastic.

SOVAC 2026 recruits participating companies ahead of September COEX event
Social value platform SOVAC is recruiting companies and organisations to take part in its annual event in September at COEX in Seoul. The SOVAC secretariat said it will hold SOVAC 2026 on Sept. 21-22 and seek participants involved in solving social problems and spreading social value. Eligible groups include social enterprises, social ventures, non-profits and impact investors. Selected organisations will receive full support for participation fees.
