Korea Investment Securities says second IMA sells out after raising 7.384 billion won in four days

Korea Investment Securities said on Thursday its second Integrated Management Account product, Korea Investment IMA S2, completed setup after raising about 7.384 billion won over four business days. It said the second subscription followed the first IMA launched in December, bringing total inflows into its IMA products to about 18.0 trillion won. The firm said participation by retail clients increased and it is preparing a third IMA product.

Korea Investment Securities launches second IMA product worth 1 trillion won

Korea Investment Securities said on Tuesday it will launch its second integrated managed account (IMA) product and accept subscriptions from Jan. 16 to Jan. 21. The IMA pools client deposits and invests in corporate finance assets, returning performance-based gains while carrying an obligation to pay principal. The new product, Korea Investment IMA S2, is a closed-end structure with a 2-year, 3-month maturity and a minimum subscription of 1 million won. The offering size is about 1 trillion won.
