KakaoBank\'s government subsidy finder tops 1 million subscribers
KakaoBank said on Thursday that subscribers to its \"government subsidy finder\" service surpassed 1 million seven months after launch. Introduced in September, the service helps users check and apply for subsidies offered by the government and public institutions. It simplifies the process from entering basic information to filing applications, using a chatbot and personalised recommendations. Users can set alerts for items of interest, and about 20 percent of users are self-employed.
