Kiwoom Securities introduces conversational AI search to MTS
Kiwoom Securities said on Thursday it will launch a conversational integrated AI search service for its mobile trading system. The service can be used through the MTS integrated search and responds to natural-language questions even when users do not know exact menu names. It routes process-related queries to an AI operations chatbot and investment or financial product questions to an AI investment chatbot. Multiple AI agents handle tasks such as menu guidance, price quotes and 상담 connection.
