Nvidia RTX 6060 seen delayed to 2029, may lag PS6 performance
Nvidia’s next entry-level graphics card, the RTX 6060, could be released only in 2029, according to a forecast cited by TechRadar. Leaker Kepler said Nvidia may delay lower-end models, especially if supply shortages emerge, and questioned whether the RTX 6060 would match Sony’s next PlayStation 6. The report also cited rising memory demand and prices as a factor that could push back entry-level GPUs. The timing and performance remain uncertain.

AI-driven memory shortage could spark PS6 price shock, with RAM and storage costs alone seen above $680
Sony\'s next-generation PS6 could see its RAM and SSD components alone cost more than $680, an online report said, citing a hardware leak account. The figures are unofficial and Sony has not disclosed PS6 specifications or pricing. The estimates have risen sharply since earlier this year, with the same source previously giving lower cost projections. Memory and storage supply constraints driven by AI demand are also cited as a factor, with Micron warning prices could rise further.

Kepler starts full-scale operation of largest orbital computing cluster
Canadian space communications company Kepler Communications has moved to expand the space data processing market by operating what it describes as the largest computing cluster currently in orbit. Kepler equipped 10 satellites launched in January with about 40 Nvidia Orin edge processors and connected them via laser communication links. Kepler has 18 customers and recently added space software startup Sofia Space, which plans to run its operating system on Kepler’s network in space.
