KT unveils \'Agentic AICC\' service, touts one-stop support
KT said on Thursday it will unveil its next-generation AI contact centre (AICC) service, \'KT Agentic AICC\', at MWC26 in Barcelona from March 2 to 5. The service uses multiple AI agents to automate processes from customer consultations to problem resolution. KT said its \'KT Agent Connector\' lets companies add AI agents as plug-ins to existing AICC platforms and that deployment time fell to one-third in field applications.
