Jiranjiogyo Security and SSR to cancel all treasury shares
Jiranjiogyo Security said on March 24 it will push a stronger shareholder return policy with its subsidiary SSR to raise corporate and shareholder value. A filing showed Jiranjiogyo Security decided to cancel all 400,000 treasury shares it holds and signed a new trust contract to buy back shares to be fully cancelled. SSR will also cancel 382,090 treasury shares and use a trust contract for future cancellations.
