FSC finalises assessment plan for Jeonbuk financial hub designation, review due this year
South Korea\'s Financial Services Commission has finalised an assessment plan to decide whether Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province should be designated a financial hub. The commission said it reviewed and confirmed the plan at the 53rd meeting of the Financial Hub Promotion Committee on Aug. 19. Jeonbuk submitted a financial hub development plan to the commission on Jan. 29. A research institution and a 12-member panel will conduct written reviews and site inspections in the third and fourth quarters.
