Korea Investment Securities launches fourth IMA product worth 300 billion won
Korea Investment Securities said it has launched its fourth integrated managed account (IMA) product and will take subscriptions from March 16 to March 24. The new product, Korea Investment IMA S4, is a two-year closed-end structure with a minimum subscription of 1 million won. Returns are determined at maturity based on performance and asset value. The offering targets 300 billion won and invests mainly in domestic acquisition finance and corporate loans.

Korea Investment Securities launches second IMA product worth 1 trillion won
Korea Investment Securities said on Tuesday it will launch its second integrated managed account (IMA) product and accept subscriptions from Jan. 16 to Jan. 21. The IMA pools client deposits and invests in corporate finance assets, returning performance-based gains while carrying an obligation to pay principal. The new product, Korea Investment IMA S2, is a closed-end structure with a 2-year, 3-month maturity and a minimum subscription of 1 million won. The offering size is about 1 trillion won.

NH Investment & Securities CEO Yoon urges push for IMA approval
NH Investment & Securities President Yoon Byung-woon said the firm should do its best to obtain approval for an Integrated Managed Account and responsibly see it through to a successful settlement. He described the IMA as core infrastructure that links capital market funds to creative investment. Yoon said finance is shifting from banks to capital markets. He also listed maximizing competitiveness in core businesses and embedding AI capabilities as key management directions for this year.
